The Science Club (hereinafter the "Service") is a monthly subscription service with automatic renewal that allows adults to access a selection of classes, tests, and much more content for children and young people who want to develop their curious play and learn all about science by downloading the app in the corresponding store.


The service costs may vary depending on the type of subscription purchased:


Brazil: 25 BRL (4.8 USD)


These terms and conditions govern the use of the Science Club portal and application and constitute a contractual document between DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND SOLUTIONS DV BR ("DSD") and the user who has acquired the product and service provision.

The subscription service can only be activated by adults or minors with corresponding authorization. Activating the subscription implies consent to the payment of the corresponding amounts.


Science Club is a service provided by DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND SOLUTIONS DV BR (hereinafter "DSD") with an address at Av. das Nações Unidas, 12.399 – Brooklin.

The service is accessible through the exclusive Science Club app, only for tablet or smartphone users who operate with Google Play or Apple Store services, provided that the Internet access service is properly enabled. Any compatibility limitations will be communicated within the app/service.

Before activating the service, you must check that your device is compatible and properly configured for use.

4. Access to the Service and Subscription

The user can access the service by downloading the app from Google Play and Apple Store.

To subscribe to the service, the user must:

- Register by creating a user profile, entering their email and password, or using their Facebook account credentials or any other available account.

- Request activation of selected content upon confirmation of Service subscription.

Subscribing to the Service implies acceptance of the entirety of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable Privacy Policy, and the payment of the set price for using the Service.

After activating the service, the subscriber will receive a confirmation of subscription and billing.

The subscription service allows the user limited or unlimited access to the app's content depending on the type of activation purchased and always for the duration of the subscription.

The user can access the service by downloading the app from Google Play and Apple Store.

To subscribe to the service, the user must:

- Payment for the Service subscription will be made through the payment system enabled directly in the store where the Science Club app was downloaded. Regarding service payment, the user is bound by the conditions of the app store where the Service was downloaded (Google Play (https://play.google.com/intl/es_es/about/play-terms.html) and Apple Store (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/es/terms.html)).

- In no case can DSD be responsible for the payment method managed by Google Play or Apple Store, and any information or complaint related to the payment method should be addressed with these platforms.

- Therefore, for monthly subscriptions purchased in the Google Play Store or Apple Store, DSD will only be responsible for providing the service as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Any costs related to accessing and browsing the Service site or downloading the app from any external link are excluded from the monthly subscription price. These costs are governed by your rate or commercial offer contracted with your mobile phone operator.

6. Cancellation and Deactivation of the Service

The Service subscription will be active from the subscription date until cancellation, if applicable, by the user, who can cancel it anytime. Users can cancel the service through the following means:

1. Through the procedure established by the corresponding Store.

2. By contacting DSD through any means established in Section 12 of this document.

According to the General Consumer and User Protection Law, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after service activation by notifying DSD through any means listed in Section 12 of this document.

Additionally, for subscriptions contracted through the stores, the established withdrawal policy will be followed. For Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/about/android-developer-policies.html

Any total or partial reproduction of the Intellectual Property representation, by any means, is strictly prohibited without DSD's express authorization and may constitute an infringement punishable by law according to the rules on intellectual property protection.

The Science Club brand, the domain http://www.clubeciencias.com.br/, the Science Club website, and its components (hereinafter "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of DSD, holder of the respective rights. Any total or partial reproduction of the Intellectual Property representation, by any means, is strictly prohibited without DSD's express authorization and may constitute an infringement punishable by law according to the rules on intellectual property protection.

- Misuse of the service by users;

- User violation of any provision set forth in the following article;

- Malfunction of the device and/or non-compliance of the user's device features;

- Insufficient balance on the user's device;

-Partial or complete interruption of the service by the user's mobile phone operator.


DSD will not be responsible for any delay, malfunction, suspension, and/or interruption of the service due to:

- User violation of any provision set forth in the following article;

- Malfunction of the device and/or non-compliance of the user's device features;

- Insufficient balance on the user's device;

-Not cause damage or inconvenience to any telecommunications operators or other users.

DSD is not liable for any consequences arising from failure to comply with any of the aforementioned obligations.

When using the Service, each User agrees to:
